KingNerd is an independent software developer based in Romania that designs and publishes applications for Windows and Android. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising unless an app-specific notice clearly states otherwise and, where required, you have consented.

We do not receive your payment-card details when purchases are handled by an app store or payment platform. Those providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, to protect the rights, safety, or property of KingNerd or others, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

International data transfers

Because we and some of our service providers may operate in different countries, your information may be processed outside the country in which you live.
